In addition to the 5 Lugi teams, 65 other teams played in Flickor 2002. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 1 could be found in Group 7 together with Spånga HK 2, IFK Tumba HK 2, IFK Strängnäs 1, H 78 Sölvesborg, Kristianstad HK 3, VästeråsIrsta HF, Önnereds HK, Staffanstorps HK 1 and Kävlinge HK 1.

Lugi HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 3 with 5-8. In the Final, Höörs HK H 65 2 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2002.

Lugi HF also participated in Flickor 2002 B2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in F02 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Borlänge HK 3 with 8-9.
