Gold medal! Won the entire B-Slutspel! Congratulations!

In addition to the two Lugi teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 1 could be found in Group 7 together with Ystads IF HF 1, Kristianstad HK 1, Hammarby IF HF 2, Föreningen Karlskrona Handboll 1, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Tollarps IF 2, Alingsås HK 1, Borlänge HK and Kävlinge HK 2.

Lugi HF 1 made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 7. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Vinslövs HK 1, which they won with 6-4. Thereby Lugi HF 1 won the entire B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.

Lugi HF also participated in Flickor 2006 D2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/4 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK 1 with 7-14.
