Vetlanda HF F02 1

In addition to the two Vetlanda teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2002. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Vetlanda HF 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Rørby/Værslev IF, IK Lågan Hörby 2, Borlänge HK 5, H43 Lund HF 1, Staffanstorps HK 2, Kärra HF 2, Kristianstad HK 2, IFK Tumba HK 3 and Hammarby IF HF 1.

Vetlanda HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 3 with 6-11. In the Final, Höörs HK H 65 2 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2002.

Vetlanda HF also participated in Flickor 2002 B2 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2017. They reached the 1/16 Final in F02 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 14-17.
