In addition to the two Supersnälla Silvertjejerna teams, 30 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Supersnälla Silvertjejerna 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Hessleholm represent, Powepuffpinglorna, Uffes Brudar, VAKTAR BEACHEN, Åhus Guldkorn, Ingen aning and RP IF Linköping.

Supersnälla Silvertjejerna 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Republik skrik with 8-10. In the Final, HK Spräng won over Kungarna av Tylösand and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer.
