VAKTAR BEACHEN ÖKD

VAKTAR BEACHEN was one of 254 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer.

In addition to VAKTAR BEACHEN, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof VAKTAR BEACHEN could be found in Group 3 together with Hessleholm represent, Supersnälla Silvertjejerna 1, Powepuffpinglorna, Uffes Brudar, Åhus Guldkorn, Ingen aning and RP IF Linköping.

VAKTAR BEACHEN continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Vikingarna with 6-7. In the Final, HK Spräng won over Kungarna av Tylösand and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer.

VAKTAR BEACHEN comes from GÖTEBORG which lies approximately 240 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around GÖTEBORG does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018 (Among others: IK Baltichov, HK Aranäs, Önnereds HK, Kärra HF, IK Sävehof, Team van Stam, Näset, Torslanda HK, Redbergslids IK and Särökometernas HK).
