In addition to the two Höörs H 65 teams, 26 other teams played in Pojkar 2009. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Höörs HK H 65 2 could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Kristianstad 3, IK Lågan Hörby 2, Eslövs HF 1 and Tollarps IF.

Höörs HK H 65 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Kävlinge HK with 3-10. In the Final, Kävlinge HK won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2009.
