Kvibergs Handbollsklubb SFD

Kvibergs Handbollsklubb was one of 265 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. They participated with one team in Senior Förening Damer.

In addition to Kvibergs Handbollsklubb, 14 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Kvibergs Handbollsklubb could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Kristianstad 1, IK Baltichov, H43 Lund HF Lund, OV Helsingborg HK, Eslövs IK, Visby IF Gute Handbollsklubb and Vinslövs HK hk 2.

Kvibergs Handbollsklubb continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK with 6-13. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over Visby IF Gute Handbollsklubb and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.

Kvibergs comes from Göteborg which lies approximately 240 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 23 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019 (Among others: Alingsås HK, Särökometernas HK, IK Sävehof, IK Baltichov, Mölndals HF, Göteborg Beach Handball Club, HK Aranäs, Kungälvs HK, Kärra HF and Önnereds HK).
