In addition to Staffanstorps HK, 14 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK could be found in Group 2 together with Chalmers HK, Höörs HK H 65, HK Drott Halmstad, Ystads IF HF, IFK Kristianstad 2 and IK Lågan Hörby.

Staffanstorps HK made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Visby IF Gute Handbollsklubb, which they won with 8-6. Thereby Staffanstorps HK won the entire B-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019.
