In addition to the two Staffanstorps teams, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK Blå could be found in Group 3 together with Falu HK 2, H43 Lund HF Lund ÖT, Uppsala HK 3, HK Malmö, Skuru IK, Höörs HK H 65 1, IK Sävehof, Ovesholms IF 1 and Ljungslätt HF.

Staffanstorps HK Blå continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against OV Helsingborg HK Grön with 10-11. In the Final, Kristianstad HK won over Lödde Vikings HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Staffanstorps HK also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won A-Slutspel, after beating Lödde Vikings HK 2 in the final with 12-8.
