In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 3 could be found in Group 3 together with Falu HK 2, H43 Lund HF Lund ÖT, Staffanstorps HK Blå, HK Malmö, Skuru IK, Höörs HK H 65 1, IK Sävehof, Ovesholms IF 1 and Ljungslätt HF.

Uppsala HK 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 4-8. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 2 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won B-Slutspel, after beating H43 Lund HF 1 in the final with 16-8.
