In addition to the 5 Uppsala teams, 74 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 3 could be found in Group 8 together with Vinslövs HK, Särökometernas HK Blå, Gustavsbergs IF HK 1, Ystads IF HF, Falu HK, IFK Kristianstad 2, Skå IK o Bygdegård 2, Skara HF and H43 Lund HF 3.

Uppsala HK 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK F06 blå with 9-12. In the Final, Haninge HK 2 won over Vinslövs HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 1 with 6-7.
