In addition to the three Uppsala teams, 71 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Lödde Vikings HK Lions, Åhus Handboll 1, Hultsfreds HF, Växjö HF 1, Täby HBK, Eslövs HF 1, Ystads IF HF 2, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Raklev G&I.

Uppsala HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret Bojen with 7-10. In the Final, Kävlinge HK Orange won over Eslövs HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P07 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Tomelilla IF with 6-7.
