In addition to the 5 Uppsala teams, 74 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 6 together with H43 Lund HF 5, HK Ankaret 05/06, Raklev G&I 1, Tyresö Handboll, IFK Bankeryd 2, IFK Kristianstad 1, Skogås HK, Alingsås HK 1 and Lödde Vikings HK 2.

Uppsala HK 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Borlänge HK 2 with 5-10. In the Final, Raklev G&I 2 won over Alingsås HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 1 with 6-7.
