In addition to the three IFK Bankeryd teams, 76 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd 2 could be found in Group 6 together with H43 Lund HF 5, HK Ankaret 05/06, Raklev G&I 1, Tyresö Handboll, IFK Kristianstad 1, Skogås HK, Alingsås HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK 2 and Uppsala HK 1.

IFK Bankeryd 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs 2 with 9-11. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK 3 won over Eslövs IK Svart and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

IFK Bankeryd also participated in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 1 with 3-4.
