In addition to the three Alingsås teams, 76 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 1 could be found in Group 6 together with H43 Lund HF 5, HK Ankaret 05/06, Raklev G&I 1, Tyresö Handboll, IFK Bankeryd 2, IFK Kristianstad 1, Skogås HK, Lödde Vikings HK 2 and Uppsala HK 1.

Alingsås HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK Svart with 3-6. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK 3 won over Eslövs IK Svart and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won A-Slutspel, after beating Haninge HK 1 in the final with 11-7.
