In addition to the three Alingsås teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 3 could be found in Group 4 together with IK Bolton Svart, Skuru IK, Lödde Vikings HK 3, Tollarps IF 3, Falköpings AIK HK ROSA, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Vit, Lugi HF 1, Kristianstad HK 3 and IFK Bankeryd Blå.

Alingsås HK 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 8-13. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won A-Slutspel, after beating Eslövs IK 3 in the final with 11-7.
