In addition to the two Alingsås teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 04 could be found in Group 8 together with Trelleborg Handbollsklubb hbk, Spånga HK Hav, IFK Kristianstad, Höörs HK H 65 1, Eksjö BK, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, HK Aranäs Blå, Halmstad Handboll 2 and Eslövs IK Gul.

Alingsås HK 04 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 04 with 8-12. In the Final, H43 Lund HF won over Kristianstad HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 8-14.
