In addition to IFK Kristianstad, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2003. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad could be found in Group 8 together with Trelleborg Handbollsklubb hbk, Spånga HK Hav, Höörs HK H 65 1, Eksjö BK, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, HK Aranäs Blå, Halmstad Handboll 2, Eslövs IK Gul and Alingsås HK 04.

IFK Kristianstad continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ovesholms IF 2 with 5-13. In the Final, Lugi HF 3 won over Huddinge HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2003.

IFK Kristianstad also participated in Flickor 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F03 C-Slutspel, but lost it against Falu HK 2 with 5-15.
