In addition to the two IFK Kristianstad teams, 13 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 1 could be found in Group 1 together with IK Baltichov, H43 Lund HF Lund, Kvibergs Handbollsklubb, OV Helsingborg HK, Eslövs IK, Visby IF Gute Handbollsklubb and Vinslövs HK hk 2.

IFK Kristianstad 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Visby IF Gute Handbollsklubb with 6-7. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over Visby IF Gute Handbollsklubb and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
