In addition to the 5 IFK Kristianstad teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 4 could be found in Group 6 together with H43 Lund HF 5, IK Sävehof, Eslövs HF 1, Norrköpings HK, Ronneby HK, Eskilstuna Guif IF -04, Åhus Handboll 2, Lugi HF 3 and Halmstad Handboll 2.

IFK Kristianstad 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 7-8. In the Final, HK Aranäs won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 11-12 and ended up in second place.
