In addition to the 5 H43 Lund teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 5 could be found in Group 6 together with IK Sävehof, Eslövs HF 1, Norrköpings HK, Ronneby HK, Eskilstuna Guif IF -04, Åhus Handboll 2, Lugi HF 3, Halmstad Handboll 2 and IFK Kristianstad 4.

H43 Lund HF 5 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 2 with 7-10. In the Final, HK Aranäs won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

H43 Lund HF also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs HF 3 with 11-13.
