In addition to the three H43 Lund teams, 59 other teams played in Flickor 2002. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 03 could be found in Group 6 together with AIK Handbollsförening, IFK Tumba HK 3, H 78 Sölvesborg, Tingsryds HK, Kävlinge HK 2, IFK Kristianstad 3, Finspångs HK, IK Sävehof and Spånga HK Sol.

H43 Lund HF 03 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Önnereds HK with 12-13. In the Final, Eslövs IK won over Alingsås HK 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2002.

H43 Lund HF also participated in Flickor 2002 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK with 6-8 and ended up in second place.
