In addition to the 5 H43 Lund teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 2 could be found in Group 7 together with HK Cliff, Karlskrona Handboll, Tollarps IF, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, HK Aranäs, GF Kroppskultur, Ystads IF HF Vit, IFK Kristianstad 1 and Falu HK Svart.

H43 Lund HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 3 with 9-10. In the Final, HK Aranäs won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

H43 Lund HF also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs HF 3 with 11-13.
