In addition to the 5 IFK Kristianstad teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 1 could be found in Group 7 together with HK Cliff, Karlskrona Handboll, Tollarps IF, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, H43 Lund HF 2, HK Aranäs, GF Kroppskultur, Ystads IF HF Vit and Falu HK Svart.
IFK Kristianstad 1 made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs with 6-12. Thereby IFK Kristianstad 1 finished second in P03 A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. IFK Kristianstad also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018.
