In addition to the two IFK Kristianstad teams, 19 other teams played in Herrar Junior 99-00. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 2 could be found in Group 1 together with IK Baltichov Sämst, Lugi HF, Vinslövs HK, HK Roslagen, Kävlinge HK, OV Helsingborgs Beach HC, Borlänge HK, H43 Lund HF Linns änglar, Halmstad Handboll and Uppsala HK 2.

IFK Kristianstad 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Uppsala HK 1 with 8-9. In the Final, Borlänge HK won over Lugi HF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Herrar Junior 99-00.

IFK Kristianstad also participated in Herrar Junior 98-00 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won A-Slutspel, after beating IK Sävehof in the final with 10-9.
