In addition to Kävlinge HK, 20 other teams played in Herrar Junior 99-00. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK could be found in Group 1 together with IK Baltichov Sämst, Lugi HF, Vinslövs HK, HK Roslagen, OV Helsingborgs Beach HC, IFK Kristianstad 2, Borlänge HK, H43 Lund HF Linns änglar, Halmstad Handboll and Uppsala HK 2.

Kävlinge HK made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against H43 Lund HF Karinas änglar, which they won with 10-9. Thereby Kävlinge HK won the entire B-Slutspel in Herrar Junior 99-00 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019.

Kävlinge HK also participated in Herrar Junior 98-00 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the Semi final in H98-00 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK Vhk2 with 8-10.
