In addition to the two Kävlinge teams, 72 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK Blå could be found in Group 7 together with HK Aranäs Vit, Ystads IF HF Di Blåe, IFK Bankeryd 2, Halmstad Handboll 3, OV Helsingborg HK 1, Tyresö Handboll, Önnereds HK and Åhus Handboll 2.

Kävlinge HK Blå continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 5-8. In the Final, Lugi HF 1 won over Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

Kävlinge HK also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Tollarps IF 2 with 8-11.
