In addition to Kävlinge HK, 27 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK could be found in Group 2 together with Powerpuffpinglorna, Mattias, Lag Oklart, Republik skrik, Hyfsat Bekanta and Leftovers.

Kävlinge HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Powerpuffpinglorna with 11-12. In the Final, Powerpuffpinglorna won over Inga förväntningar and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer.
