In addition to the three Kävlinge teams, 77 other teams played in Pojkar 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK 2 could be found in Group 8 together with Borlänge HK P06, Hultsfreds HF, IK Lågan Hörby, IFK Malmö HF Team Malmö, Åhus Handboll 2, Skuru IK, Uppsala HK 1, Eslövs HF Grön and HK Aranäs 4.

Kävlinge HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 4-5. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 2 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005.

Kävlinge HK also participated in Pojkar 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Malmö HF 2 with 6-9.
