In addition to the 5 H43 Lund teams, 74 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Uppsala HK 2, IK Baltichov SOL, Halmstad Handboll Röd, Höörs HK H 65 2, HK Aranäs 1, IK Lågan Hörby 2, IFK Tumba HK, Åhus Handboll 1 and Haninge HK 2.

H43 Lund HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK F06 blå with 9-10. In the Final, Haninge HK 2 won over Vinslövs HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

H43 Lund HF also participated in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the Semi final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Haninge HK 1 with 7-13.
