In addition to IFK Tumba HK, 78 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK could be found in Group 5 together with Uppsala HK 2, IK Baltichov SOL, Halmstad Handboll Röd, Höörs HK H 65 2, HK Aranäs 1, H43 Lund HF 1, IK Lågan Hörby 2, Åhus Handboll 1 and Haninge HK 2.

IFK Tumba HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Kävlinge HK with 9-12. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK 3 won over Eslövs IK Svart and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

IFK Tumba HK also participated in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the final in C-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 4 with 4-10 and ended up in second place.
