In addition to Kävlinge HK, 78 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK could be found in Group 1 together with Alingsås HK 2, Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, Lugi HF, Lidingö SK Röd, IFK Bankeryd 3, Kristianstad HK 3, Raklev G&I 2, Eslövs IK Svart and Huddinge HK 4.

Kävlinge HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 3 with 4-9. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK 3 won over Eslövs IK Svart and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

Kävlinge HK also participated in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F05 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF with 4-5.
