In addition to the 5 Uppsala teams, 74 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 5 together with IK Baltichov SOL, Halmstad Handboll Röd, Höörs HK H 65 2, HK Aranäs 1, H43 Lund HF 1, IK Lågan Hörby 2, IFK Tumba HK, Åhus Handboll 1 and Haninge HK 2.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Särökometernas HK Grön with 4-6. In the Final, Raklev G&I 2 won over Alingsås HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2005.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F05 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 1 with 6-7.
