In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 76 other teams played in Pojkar 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 8 together with Borlänge HK P06, Hultsfreds HF, IK Lågan Hörby, IFK Malmö HF Team Malmö, Åhus Handboll 2, Skuru IK, Kävlinge HK 2, Eslövs HF Grön and HK Aranäs 4.

Uppsala HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against VästeråsIrsta HF with 8-14. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 2 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005.

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in P05 B-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 4-6.
