In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 3 could be found in Group 8 together with Lödde Vikings HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, Bjärnums HK 2, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Svart, Huddinge HK 1, Önnereds HK Vit, Ljunghusens HK, Tyresö Handboll 1 and Borlänge HK.

Uppsala HK 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 3 with 9-14. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK 1 with 5-6.
