In addition to the three Huddinge teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK 1 could be found in Group 8 together with Lödde Vikings HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, Bjärnums HK 2, Uppsala HK 3, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Svart, Önnereds HK Vit, Ljunghusens HK, Tyresö Handboll 1 and Borlänge HK.

Huddinge HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK 3 with 7-11. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Huddinge HK also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK 2 with 3-10.
