In addition to the two Bjärnums teams, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Bjärnums HK 2 could be found in Group 8 together with Lödde Vikings HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, Uppsala HK 3, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Svart, Huddinge HK 1, Önnereds HK Vit, Ljunghusens HK, Tyresö Handboll 1 and Borlänge HK.

Bjärnums HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ronneby HK 1 with 3-11. In the Final, GF Kroppskultur won over Ronneby HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Bjärnums HK also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK 1 with 3-7.
