In addition to the three Tyresö teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll 1 could be found in Group 8 together with Lödde Vikings HK 1, IFK Kristianstad 1, Bjärnums HK 2, Uppsala HK 3, Trelleborg Handbollsklubb Svart, Huddinge HK 1, Önnereds HK Vit, Ljunghusens HK and Borlänge HK.

Tyresö Handboll 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Uppsala HK 2 with 10-14. In the Final, Höörs HK H 65 1 won over IFK Tumba HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Tyresö Handboll also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 2 with 9-10.
