In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Kristianstad HK 1, Eslövs IK 3, Växjö HF Gul, Falköpings AIK HK ORANGE, IK Bolton Gul, Huddinge HK 2, Lugi HF 3, Rørby/Værslev IF and IK Lågan Hörby.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK with 10-14. In the Final, Höörs HK H 65 1 won over IFK Tumba HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Vinslövs HK 1 with 5-6.
