In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 76 other teams played in Pojkar 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 3 could be found in Group 3 together with Växjö HF, IFK Kristianstad 2, Halmstad Handboll 1, Alingsås HK 2, Ystads IF HF 4, Tollarps IF 1, Eslövs HF Mintgrön, Spånga HK Orange and Lödde Vikings HK Svart.

Uppsala HK 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF with 7-10. In the Final, IFK Kristianstad 2 won over Åhus Handboll 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005.

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in P05 B-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 4-6.
