In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 76 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 7 together with Mölndals HF, Lindeskolans IF, Höörs HK H 65 2, GW Landskrona HK, Åhus Handboll Lag 2, Hammarby IF HF Vit, OV Helsingborg HK Grön, Halmstad Handboll 1 and Lugi HF 1.

Uppsala HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kungälvs HK grön with 10-11. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 2 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They won B-Slutspel, after beating H43 Lund HF 1 in the final with 16-8.
