In addition to the three Lugi teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2004. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 1 could be found in Group 7 together with Mölndals HF, Lindeskolans IF, Höörs HK H 65 2, GW Landskrona HK, Uppsala HK 1, Åhus Handboll Lag 2, Hammarby IF HF Vit, OV Helsingborg HK Grön and Halmstad Handboll 1.

Lugi HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kungälvs HK rosa with 8-9. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll 2 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2004.

Lugi HF also participated in Flickor 2004 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F04 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IK Sävehof with 7-8.
