In addition to the two Lugi teams, 68 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 2 could be found in Group 7 together with Lödde Vikings HK Svart, HK Silwing-Troja, IFK Tumba HK 3, Alingsås HK Vit, Åhus Handboll 2, Eslövs IK 3, Ljunghusens HK, IFK Bankeryd 2 and Eskilstuna Guif IF 1.

Lugi HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK Röd with 7-9. In the Final, Haninge HK 1 won over Ystads IF HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Lugi HF also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 2 with 7-9.
