In addition to the three Alingsås teams, 67 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK Vit could be found in Group 7 together with Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Lugi HF 2, HK Silwing-Troja, IFK Tumba HK 3, Åhus Handboll 2, Eslövs IK 3, Ljunghusens HK, IFK Bankeryd 2 and Eskilstuna Guif IF 1.

Alingsås HK Vit continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK 2 with 7-8. In the Final, Haninge HK 1 won over Ystads IF HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the final in C-Slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK 2 with 6-9 and ended up in second place.
