In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 67 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 3 could be found in Group 7 together with Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Lugi HF 2, HK Silwing-Troja, IFK Tumba HK 3, Alingsås HK Vit, Åhus Handboll 2, Ljunghusens HK, IFK Bankeryd 2 and Eskilstuna Guif IF 1.

Eslövs IK 3 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK 1 with 4-7. In the Final, Huddinge HK 1 won over IFK Bankeryd 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in F07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK with 6-10.
