In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Strömstad HK Svart, Åhus Handboll 1, Vinslövs HK 2, Växjö HF Svart, Tyresö Handboll 2, Halmstad Handboll Röd, H43 Lund HF 1 and Uppsala HK 1.

Eslövs IK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 2 with 9-10. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Eslövs IK also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 7-11 and ended up in second place.
