In addition to the two Eskilstuna Guif teams, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Strömstad HK Svart, Åhus Handboll 1, Eslövs IK 1, Vinslövs HK 2, Växjö HF Svart, Tyresö Handboll 2, Halmstad Handboll Röd, H43 Lund HF 1 and Uppsala HK 1.

Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Gustavsbergs IF HK with 10-11. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Eskilstuna Guif IF also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 7-13.
