In addition to the 5 Eskilstuna Guif teams, 65 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Eskilstuna Guif IF -04 could be found in Group 6 together with H43 Lund HF 5, IK Sävehof, Eslövs HF 1, Norrköpings HK, Ronneby HK, Åhus Handboll 2, Lugi HF 3, Halmstad Handboll 2 and IFK Kristianstad 4.

Eskilstuna Guif IF -04 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 with 7-10. In the Final, HK Malmö won over H 78 Sölvesborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

Eskilstuna Guif IF also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 10-12.
