In addition to the three Tyresö teams, 77 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Strömstad HK Svart, Åhus Handboll 1, Eslövs IK 1, Vinslövs HK 2, Växjö HF Svart, Halmstad Handboll Röd, H43 Lund HF 1 and Uppsala HK 1.

Tyresö Handboll 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hammarby IF HF 1 with 6-13. In the Final, GF Kroppskultur won over Ronneby HK 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Tyresö Handboll also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 2 with 9-10.
