Åhus Handboll F06 1

In addition to the two Åhus teams, 78 other teams played in Flickor 2006. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Strömstad HK Svart, Eslövs IK 1, Vinslövs HK 2, Växjö HF Svart, Tyresö Handboll 2, Halmstad Handboll Röd, H43 Lund HF 1 and Uppsala HK 1.

Åhus Handboll 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK 2 with 4-8. In the Final, Alingsås HK 1 won over Eslövs IK 3 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2006.

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 2006 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in F06 B-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 1 with 8-12.
